Round Table – 20.03.2025
“ Slow moments for fast learnings for ambitious leaders and board members”
« Governance and Private Equity: finding the alchemy between discipline and entrepreneurial daring »
When a private equity fund takes a stake in a company, it is essential to strike the right balance between financial rigor and growth dynamism. How can governance be structured without curbing initiative? How can we meet investor expectations while preserving a strong entrepreneurial culture?
To explore these challenges, we are delighted to welcome three witnesses with complementary perspectives:
Raphaël Abou, mergers and acquisitions expert and founder of Allyum, who will shed light on the challenges of transferring and selecting a private equity fund.
Dimitri de Failly, partner at Profinpar, who will share an investor’s view of the governance and performance of portfolio companies.
Vincent Halluent, founder of Nexum, a consultancy firm and former member of Profinpar, will talk about his experience as a manager supported by a private equity fund.

Pascale Schütz, board member BCTE, will host the evening. A pragmatic and inspiring exchange to better understand the levers of success in this demanding environment.
